Audio Video Set Up (In Lesson)
If you are having issues with your connection please navigate to the Audio/Video Setup icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This will enable you to select and test the correct camera, microphone and speakers. Please be sure to always allow permissions from Muzie.Live when prompted.
This is also where you can test your connection which will run a quick program to determine if you are set up correctly for your lesson. The test connection button can also determine how much latency your network is experiencing and can warn you if your connection is expected to perform poorly. If you have any questions you may send this report to support for assistance.
If you do come into any issues, please use the help chat to send a message to our team.
We also recommend taking a look at our Interactive Tour or Virtual Help Guide below to make sure you are set up correctly for your lesson.
Best Practice: Make sure yours and your students' audio/video is connected correctly before you enter the lesson by using the Audio/Video Set-Up Page for teachers (outside of the lesson) or Audio/Video Set-up for Students (outside of the lesson) (hyperlinks).
